When should I send my save the dates?
For a UK wedding, we recommend sending save the dates 9–12 months before the wedding date. For destination weddings or those over a bank holiday, aim for 12–18 months to give guests time to arrange travel and accommodation. Read our full stationery timeline guide for a month-by-month breakdown.
Can I order a sample before committing?
Absolutely — and we strongly encourage it. Our free sample pack includes a selection of printed save the dates across our most popular finishes and paper stocks, so you can feel the quality before you order. Simply click ‘Order Free Samples’ and we’ll post them out within 2–3 working days.
What information should I include on my save the date?
Keep it simple: your names, the wedding date, and the general location (town/venue name). You don’t need to include full venue details, dress code, or RSVP information at this stage — those details are for the formal invitation. For destination weddings, do include the country so guests can begin planning travel early.
Can my save the dates match my wedding invitations?
Yes — and this is something we specialise in. All of our save the dates are designed to coordinate with our invitation range. If you’d like a fully bespoke matched suite, our design team will work with you from the beginning to create a cohesive look across every piece of stationery.What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 25 cards across most styles. We’d recommend ordering 10–15% more than you think you need to account for last-minute additions to the guest list, keepsakes, and any addressing errors. Reprints of small quantities can be expensive, so it’s always worth over-ordering slightly.Do you offer envelope printing or addressing?
Yes — coordinating envelopes are available across all save the date styles, and we offer printed envelope addressing as an add-on. This can be printed digitally or in a calligraphy-style script font. Visit our envelope printing page for full details and pricing.
